Artemis Law Associates was pleased to be invited to adjudicate a Moot Court Competition at Thakur College of Law, where the participants argued a proposition involving a Trademark Dispute.
The competition offered an engaging opportunity to assess the participants’ interpretation of trademark law, application of legal principles, and ability to construct and present persuasive legal arguments. We extend our appreciation to Thakur College for the invitation and commend the participating students for their preparation, advocacy and keen engagement with the nuances of Intellectual Property Law.
